D.S.G. Ship Services Pvt. Ltd. (D.S.G.) commenced seafarer recruitment operations in May’15. At D.S.G. our man power is our strength, be at shore or at sea. We place a great deal of emphasis on team work and creating a healthy environment for our seafarers and shore based staff by supporting welfare, imparting training for professional growth and assisting & mentoring for career development.

The crew is the most important factor in ship management and the quality of the people working onboard a vessel is the key to success. As a crew provider we ensure that each vessel is manned by qualified, competent and well-trained officers and ratings. We undertake the placement needs of our clients by catering to all the ranks and have approximately 350 active seafarers in our “crewing” pool.

We comply with all mandatory national and international rules & regulations and applicable industry standards, guidelines or codes, concerning Crew Manning Services. An extensive database consisting of proficient officers, a dedicated in-house team, along with the support provided by Owners enables D.S.G. Ship Services to provide ship owners with finest quality of crew and cost effective services on a “round the clock” basis.
